Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Control Your Pet! We have a 15 day (from the date of delivery confirmation) return policy for any damaged goods. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately BEFORE using the product in order to be eligible for a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product is received damaged, we will offer a replacement product at no extra cost, or a refund in full. Any used goods may be ineligible for a refund, but may qualify for a replacement.

Damaged Goods:
A photo of the damaged goods will be required to be eligible for a refund, as well as your order number OR your full name and shipping address. (Including ZIP code or Postal Code).

Missing Goods:
Missing goods or packages lost by couriers or mail services will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and cannot be processed until at least 45 days AFTER the order is placed. There have been significant delays in some countries as a result of the worldwide pandemic surrounding the Corona virus (COVID-19).
